Jungheinrich is one of the world’s leading companies for intralogistics. Due to its coordinated portfolio of industrial trucks, logistic systems and services, Jungheinrich offers its customers solutions from one source. Jungheinrich manufactures on seven production plants: Low-platform trucks are produced in Landsberg at Jungheinrich Landsberg AG & Co. KG. As every year, since the establishment, Jungheinrich Landsberg organizes the department team days. In 2016 the main focus of the event was on inter-divisional cooperation. During the team days each department developed an individual self-image respective the following questions: “What charaterises us?”, “What do we provide regarding our colleagues?”, “What do we need from you, colleagues?”

For each department an area presentation was created. Staying with the slogan „a picture is worth a thousand words“ the presentation shows mainly visual elements. The realization was done again in cooperation with DIALOGBILD. On a factory team day in 2016 all departments presented their results to each other. Since then the roll-ups have found a representative place in every department.
