In this dialog film created for tesa the newly structured "Performance Management“ is introduced. It is specificially about the end of year feedback, during which the manager is compelled to abide by certain processes. The particular challenge of the film was to balance the depiction of comprehensive content with correct information on one hand and an emotional and straightforward narrative on the other hand.
