Volksbank Lübeck eG is one of the successful cooperative banks in Schleswig-Holstein with over 14,000 members, 185 employees and 30,000 customers. In its eight offices and the two consulting centers, it is present with all the financial services of a modern bank.

In 2018, as part of a one-week agile sprint, Volksbank Lübeck examined the expectations of customers for a financial services provider, evaluated them and translated them into action areas. A transparent representation of the result is the dialogue picture, which was developed iteratively by employees of the bank.

At the start of the project, 40 employees discussed trends and the nationwide Volksbanken Raiffeisenbank project "Customer Focus Private Customers" at a weekend event.

In the course of this, eight fields of action emerged, which were transferred to backlogs with the agile method Scrum. On the last day of the Sprint week, the scenes for the dialogue picture light were worked out together and handed over to DIALOGBILD.

After another test phase with the entire project group, DIALOGBILD has fine-tuned the picture. With the completion of the dialogue picture the communication in the whole enterprise could begin.

In the meantime, the dialogue picture has been installed on the employees' PCs as a screensaver so that it is still in everyone's view every day.

The dialogue picture continues to evolve! The next step is to create an interactive version of the dialogue picture where strategic topics of the bank are linked.
