A good event thrives on exchange. People discuss, develop ideas, look at topics from different perspectives and, in the best case, come to a common understanding. But especially with complex topics, the question often arises: What will stick with it? This is exactly where live visualization comes into play. Our illustrators accompany events and immediately translate what is said into understandable and memorable images. Thoughts become visible, connections become tangible and results take on a form that is remembered even after the event.

It becomes particularly exciting when the participants themselves become part of the visual process. They bring ideas, experiences and different perspectives while our illustrators translate them live into images. The visualization continues to grow over the course of the event. Participants can immediately see how individual contributions create a common overall picture. This creates awareness, promotes exchange and supports a common understanding of complex topics.

Three formats – many possibilities

Depending on the event and objectives, we use different formats.

- Live visualization makes ideas visible directly in front of the participants' eyes. Individual motifs and scenes or entire worlds of images can emerge.

- In interactive workshops, the focus is on participant participation. Content is developed together, discussed and brought together by our illustrators to create an overall visual result.

- With graphic recording, we accompany lectures, discussions or workshops and record the most important statements as a visual protocol. This can be done both analogue on large surfaces and digitally on a drawing tablet.

From a live moment to a lasting communication medium

A key advantage: The impact doesn't end with the event. The resulting illustrations can be further developed and used, for example, on the intranet, in presentations, in follow-up workshops, or for internal communications. A complete dialog picture can also be created collaboratively with the participants. Live visualization thus combines two things: the shared experience during an event and a visual outcome that continues to have an impact. Instead of ideas disappearing after the final presentation, they are captured and visibly preserved. Discussions give rise to images, different perspectives lead to a shared understanding – and an event yields a result that can be discussed further.

BANKS ON THE MOVE

At the bank conference 2017 in Frankfurt, industry representatives, experts and pioneers met to discuss the future of the financial business and its digital emergence.

Fin techs and banks - enemy or ally? What stands behind "digital ecosystems", what did the experiments of the "Innovation Lab" and what role could "crowd investing portals" play in the future? In the Future Banking Lounge, cooperations, optimizations and trends were discussed and the potential of digital innovations explored.

The viewers were able to follow the graphic recording of our illustrator live on a TV monitor and had fun with the humorous translation of the spoken word into pictures. The speakers were also delighted about the visual illustration of their ideas. Thus, the resulting image in creative form honored the contributions of all those involved and also serves as a souvenir map through two content-rich congress days.

HUNT FOR BUSINESS

The Sartorius AG is a publicly listed pharma and laboratory supplier seated in Göttingen. Sartorius possesses its own manufacturing plants in Europe, Asia and the Americas and further possesses sales branches and sales agencies in over 110 countries. In the year 2022, the German pharma and laboratory supplier employed 15,942 employees worldwide. The bio-technology segment encompasses the focus on filtration, fluid management, fermentation, purification and laboratory.

The mechatronics segment especially produces tools and systems for weighing, measuring and automation for laboratory and industrial use. We developed a dialog picture for the sales conference 2024 based on the topic “Customer Support Center Strategy”. In order to represent the individual phases in a striking fashion, we employed the metaphor of the hunt.

TRANSFORMATION PLANT HANOVER

Process optimization, strategy, cultural work and good communication are key to the VW Nutzfahrzeuge plant management Hanover in leading the way to a successful future. In the past, strategy and transformation processes were often accompanied by powerpoint "battles".There were numerous charts that tried to make it as comprehensible as possible what goals the company wanted to achieve and how it planed to get there.

Now the company wants to go other ways and has developed a vision for the future together with Goldpark and DIALOGBILD. On the one hand, the picture emerged in an intensive process, on the other hand, the discussion about the things that are important to the board in the picture led to a common understanding and also made it possible for different perspectives to be discussed and brought together.

This helps the Hannover plant to communicate its way into the the future with a common voice.

Thanks to the close cooperation between Goldpark and DIALOGBILD, the dialog picture was used for all events, informations and formats that relate to the transformation as well as to reflect the developments in the transformation process.
