The interactive e-learning tool is based on a dialog picture for a major bank. It is used to explain the motivation and influence of a systematic sales approach, and therefore displays typical scenarios of employees in customer service.
The e-learning tool combines images, sounds, videos, and a quiz. By stimulating different senses, a wide variety of users can be reached. The user identifies themselves with the contents and sustainably internalizes them. The application provides the categories „Home“, „System“, „Oscar“ and „Team“.
