COMPANY GUIDELINES: TOGETHER WE CAN DO ANYTHING

Kreissparkasse Schlüchtern is a savings bank in Hesse, based in Schlüchtern. Its business area covers the former district of Schlüchtern, now part of the Main-Kinzig district, where the bank employs 124 employees across five branches.

With its new corporate guidelines, Kreissparkasse Schlüchtern has established a set of values that were jointly developed and prioritised by its staff.

Five guiding principles outline the fundamental principles of collaboration and the bank’s corporate philosophy.

1. We know our region and are committed to its people.

2. We communicate openly, honestly and respectfully.

3. We practise fair and respectful cooperation.

4. We act independently and stand by our decisions.

5. We respond to change with flexibility and actively shape the future.

In addition, the newly developed leadership guidelines have also been incorporated into the dialog picture. They are as follows:

1. We take responsibility for our employees and the savings bank.

2. We practise respect and appreciation.

3. We communicate openly and honestly.

4. We use our own resources carefully.

5. We are visionaries and innovators.

The aim of visualising the corporate guidelines is to make them visible and tangible in everyday life in various formats – from large-scale posters to a presence on social media.
