In order to anchor the lean principle, i.e. the optimization of processes, in its own company, Ingenics commissioned a dialog picture in 2007 to depict the internal "production system". The aim was to illustrate Ingenics' mission and vision and thereby increase productivity, flexibility and quality along the process chains in all areas of the company. To this day, the dialog picture is used to anchor what Ingenics stands for in the minds of the consultants.

Ingenics' brand essence is symbolized by a DNA strand. In its immediate vicinity are the individual areas of activity of Ingenics' range of services and the industries in which the company operates. With the update in 2023, the dialog picture represents all service areas of the three brands Ingenics Consulting, Ingenics Digital and Ingenics Services: Strategy, process and organizational consulting, digitalization and software solutions, and planning and implementation.
