The ISS Facility Services are facing a major change: in order to be able to satisfy customers with products for each branch, the company has re-established itself with specific enterprises in four different business areas. Furthermore, there will be specific corporations in the south and north of Germany and one enterprise to take care of smaller customers. Long story short: One big company becomes seven smaller ones.

A transformation of this size can only be successful if every single employee supports the change and all the projects linked to it. To create this commitment, transparent communication and high motivation are essential requirements. Together with DIALOGBILD the ISS Facility Services developed a Dialog Film clarifying the reasons for and benefits of this major transformation.
